Vista Springs Greenbriar Village

The three-story community design creates 87 spacious apartments to accommodate assisted living and memory care residents. Features such as high ceilings, kitchenettes, in-room laundry, and large bathrooms contribute to comfort and a sense of a home living environment. Close attention was paid to detailing elements that would support the comfort and privacy for the residents, details like heated lamps in bathrooms, locking medicine cabinets, and private space allowing nurses to interact one on one with residents and administer medication.

The design places focus on wellness and support by adding themed social spaces including community rooms, beauty salon, fitness center, and many other convenient gathering places where residents can engage. This location offers industry-leading technologies with a focus on individual person and heart-centered care.
