Neshaminy Mall

Neshaminy Mall

Originally established in 1968, Neshaminy Mall has since undergone numerous renovations and additions including a food court in 1989, an AMC theatre in 1998 and Macy’s in 2006. In January of 2017, Macy’s announced its closing in the Neshaminy location.

The RDL placemaking team envisions repurposing the site into an exciting new mixed-use development. The plan consists of three four-story residential buildings that will include 275 units of housing and a premier clubhouse with pool, and incorporates a 127-key hotel, three designated restaurant spaces and other destination attractions.
