Reserved for seniors 55+, it is a pet-friendly community that offers a mix of one and two-bedroom units. The common space includes a community room, kitchenette, café, large patio, wellness center, walkable gardens, dog run and sculptural solar tree in support of the local arts initiative. A ‘West Indies’ interior flare in furniture, fabric and artwork creates a colonial infused Caribbean aesthetic. Bold blue and red accents complement the dark wood-look flooring and other natural materials used.
Terraced gardens and courtyards allow residents to enjoy the Florida scenery year-round.
