RDL Planning excellence begins by detailing the scheme, defining the program and determining best method as the guarantors of accomplishing the final goal: bringing the sum of the vision to life.

 

In order to do these things, first and foremost we listen. We must hear to visualize, to sketch, to define and to ultimately and fully capture the vision. RDL engages the client and the community to ensure the planning process is one with the mission of the stakeholders.

 

RDL approaches the planning and design process with sensitivity to the natural built environment.  Conceptual plans to final designs attempt to utilize the site's existing and historical context while providing for the safekeeping of valuable green space, waterways, and habitable wildlife areas.
